Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method that you choose when placing your order. When you checkout in our store - you will be given a list of available shipping options.
Typically these would include the following options for customers from UK: UK Express Delivery (1-2 days, tracked and signed for), Royal Mail 2nd Class (standard post, not tracked), Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day, tracked and signed for).
And for our international customers we offer shipping by Royal Mail Registered Airmail (Tracked and Signed For), Royal Mail Airmail (no tracking) and Courier Delivery (tracked and signed for)
Naturelle Cosmetics offers weight-based shipping estimation, which means that the delivery cost will be automatically calculated for you at checkout and will depend on the weight of the products you purchased and your selected shipping option.
• Upon order receipt, a signature is required for all tracked and signed-for delivery services. Therefore, kindly make it certain someone is available to receive your package for you at the stated delivery address.
• In the event that you’re not around or unavailable to sign your delivery, a card with the full contact details for the delivery will be provided. This delivery card will include information as to the amount of time you need to arrange for the collection or redelivery of the item/s before the package/parcel is returned to its point of origin.
• In case the package is returned to us, indicating non-collection, you are required to settle the payment for its redelivery.
If the order is cancelled, the refund amount will be deducted from the original shipping cost incurred.
Availability of stock
Stock may be temporarily unavailable at times, and during this event, you will be contacted for information.
Incorrect address information
Before finalizing your order, see to it that the delivery information is complete, correct and valid.
We are not liable for an undelivered or lost item if address given is incorrect.
We cannot dispatch or process a new delivery if the prior order isn’t returned to us.
In the event that your order is returned, redelivery cost should be settled before its re-dispatching.
Lost and undelivered items
Our partner delivery service considers a package lost if it has been in the postal service for 21 days.
Delivery of packages does not take this amount of time, but we cannot issue a refund, process the dispatch and give you replacement until such time period elapsed.
If you were unable to receive the order and it returns to us we will issue a refund without shipping cost to you immediately after we receive the goods back.
